Job Title: IT Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team at Osborne Clarke. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the business and IT functions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment: The IT Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and challenges, identifying opportunities where IT can add value and drive innovation.

Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, the IT Business Partner will ensure that IT requirements and capabilities are aligned with business priorities.

Solution Delivery: Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs, the IT Business Partner will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected level of quality.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: The IT Business Partner will monitor the performance of ITS solutions and services, providing regular reports and updates to business stakeholders on key metrics and achievements.

Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, the IT Business Partner will ensure that their products and services align with business needs.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within both the business and ITS functions, the IT Business Partner will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, and Agile methodology (desirable)
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally
  • Experience of working in a large multi-business unit corporate organization and centralised IT functions
