Job Overview

CONTEXT is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Relations Support to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners and IT manufacturers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support CONTEXT Country Managers and/or Clients in setting up data collection for CONTEXT Channel Management projects.
  • Participate in initial conference calls with CONTEXT project managers and clients to understand project requirements.
  • Initiate contact with channel partners to advise on CONTEXT data exchange process and best practices.
  • Liaise with channel partners to support them in setting up regular data feeds.
  • Involve the CONTEXT Data Acquisition Specialist from the Data Management Team to resolve technical issues with channel partners.
  • Ensure timely and complete data reception from channel partners.
  • Contact partners for missing data and follow escalation procedures with clients.
  • Maintain data flow by requesting late files, correcting faulty files, and answering questions on content.
  • Represent CONTEXT in a positive light with partners and promote CONTEXT as a capable data partner.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent or very good command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent or very good command of Polish, both spoken and written.
