* Serve as the primary liaison between business change teams, IT, and external partners.
* Ensure effective third-party vendor engagement to deliver value for the business.
* Regularly report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring value for money.
* Skilled in estimating project costs and timelines with commercial awareness.
* Experience leading technical teams and managing delivery from external vendors.
* Familiarity with the insurance industry and the full SDLC.
* Proactive and able to work independently while handling ambiguity.

Essential Skills:

* Strong stakeholder and third-party vendor management.
* Proven experience in leading projects and managing vendor performance.
* Expertise in DevOps, SDLC, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar management tools.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
