Job Overview

This is a permanent Community Assessment Officer position within the Sensory Team in Salford. As part of the Community Learning Disability, Sensory and Transition Service, you will work together with Social Workers, Community Assessment Officers, Deafblind Assessor, Vision Rehabilitation Specialists, Communicator Guide, Community Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
