About the Role

This Behavioural Intervention Specialist position involves providing high-quality support to students in a SEN Primary/Secondary School in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with class Senior Learning Support Assistants and Teachers to prepare resources tailored to students' needs.
  • Deliver one-to-one support under the guidance of the class Teacher, promoting students' skills-based learning.
  • Participate in all aspects of student support, ensuring their overall wellbeing and engagement in learning.
  • Maintain knowledge of and implement Safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths are essential.
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills are highly desirable.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is £85-£90 per day, including
