Customer Service Coordinator

Customer Service Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Administration with various tasks and projects
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Process booking administration, including sending joining instructions and certificates
- Liaise with training providers and update details on our website
- Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support to customers
- Perform data entry and daily administration tasks, including credit control
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and administration is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and develop effective working relationships with colleagues
- Strong customer service and people skills, with a hands-on and customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, with strong time management skills
