Customer Service Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Administration in managing day-to-day operations
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process booking administration, including sending joining instructions and certificates
  • Liaise with training providers and clients to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support to clients
  • Update details on our website and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry and daily administration tasks
  • Manage credit control and ensure timely payment from clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and develop effective relationships with colleagues
  • Strong customer service and people skills, with a hands-on and customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management skills
  • Competent user of IT systems and software
