Medical Records Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming pathology results for patients on long-term medication and supporting the specialist nursing team to ensure patients are monitored according to agreed timescales.
They will work closely with clinicians to implement efficient processes and systems to improve patient care.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
