Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial KPIs in a retail setting.
  • Expertise in diagnosing business issues and creating people-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in turning data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Advocacy for change and support through business transitions.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and how to leverage relationships for optimal solutions.
