Financial Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining robust and accurate financial administration processes to ensure the smooth running of our Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Manage debt collection and reconciliation processes to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Safeguard resident funds and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Process employee and payroll-related information, including supplier payments and petty cash.
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and maintain well-organized filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial administration, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal/external teams.
  • Caring attitude and commitment to delivering person-centered care.
