About the Role

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their team. As a Financial Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the office manager and financial adviser, ensuring the smooth operation of financial tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Update cases and Adviser/PA on Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  2. Provide administrative support to the office manager and financial adviser, handling tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  1. Experience working within financial services is preferred, but not essential.
  2. Understanding of financial products is an advantage, but not required.
  3. A driven individual with a focus on client service and contributing towards a high-performance culture.
  4. IT technical proficiency, including Office 365, is essential.
