About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Internal Sales Engineer Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Take ownership of customer interactions and provide timely assistance on technical purchases required to run their businesses">
  • Answer incoming queries via telephone or email in a timely manner">
  • Assist customers with technical queries, escalating if necessary, and remain responsible for the customer interaction throughout the process">
  • Pre-qualify requests for quotation, produce timely and accurate quotations, and follow up with quotes">
  • Maintain CRMi records for any customer interactions, including discounts, contacts, and carriage">
  • Support external sales with telesales for turn down list and other initiatives">
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, keeping abreast of quotes, orders keyed, and delivery issues">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • HNC/HND or above in electrical or control engineering">
  • A customer-centric service approach">
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal">
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude">
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook">

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
