Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Face-to-face meetings with SME clients, managing a portfolio of approximately 50-70 clients.
  • Manage portfolio incomes of around £500,000 to £2 million and work with SME clients having a turnover of £2-15 million.
  • Drive revenue growth through understanding customer needs and adopting a needs-based approach that engages clients and increases new business.
  • Grow the business sustainably by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC's extensive network.
  • Build a strong understanding of the client's business and industry to promote insights, enrich client conversations, and deliver fair outcomes.
