Salary: £29,165.50 per annum

About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one therapeutic care to children aged 6-17 who require emotional support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive living environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and educational well-being of residents.
  • Support residents in developing life skills, such as independence, self-care, and social interaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the quality of care.
