As a Specialist Therapeutic Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to young people and young adults with mental health difficulties in a secure children's home. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in residential childcare settings within the last 5 years.

Job Description:

  • You will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional on-call duties
  • Support the Adult team in developing ambitious plans for the young people in your care, focusing on skills development and personal growth
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure each child's needs are met, building a good understanding of their requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
