About the Role:
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Residential Children's Home in South East England. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious leader required to manage the home's service delivery, shaping and growth, as well as promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the Statement of Purpose is in place and is appropriate to the service provision.
• Lead and manage a team in the Children's Home and supervise the delivery of placement plans, risk assessments and behavioural management plans for the children and young people in the home.
• Provide high quality care services that actively supports the varying needs of the children and young people in the care of the home.
About the Home:
The home supports children (7-17 years) with LD | EBD for long to medium term planned and emergency admissions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and young people, creating a safe, comfortable and caring home environment.
