The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic e-learning specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As part of our digital learning experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-quality e-learning solutions that cater to the needs of our learners.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for individuals with a passion for designing engaging e-learning applications. You will be responsible for collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create effective e-learning content, ensuring maximum availability of accurate, up-to-date learning materials via our Learning Management System (LMS).

As an e-learning specialist, you will support SMEs in developing high-quality learning modules aligned with NHS HEE standards and configure those modules to run seamlessly on our preferred LMS. Working closely with colleagues, you will guarantee the smooth operation and accessibility of e-learning on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain e-learning solutions that are engaging, easy to understand, and meet learner needs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create high-quality learning modules, working to NHS HEE standards.
  • Configure e-learning modules to run efficiently on our preferred LMS.
  • Support learners across the Trust who require assistance with e-learning content.
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments in e-learning and incorporate them into development as agreed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A good working knowledge of LMS systems.
  • Proficiency in various software packages to produce engaging learning content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
