About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Elearning Designer to join our team on a fixed term basis. As an eLearning specialist, you will be responsible for developing high-quality digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our learners.

Job Description

The role involves working closely with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and easy-to-understand eLearning content. You will identify, develop, and maintain eLearning solutions that are trackable and correctly recorded, providing accurate reporting as required.

You will also support learners across the Trust who need assistance with any issues in completing eLearning content.

A key member of our Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust team, you will work together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A good working knowledge of LMS systems and various software packages to produce learning content, including image manipulation software, text, animations, and videos.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
