Job Requirements
  • Estimated salary: £50 per hour (with potential review after 6-month probation)
  • Holiday: 28 Days including Bank Holidays, with extra leave for length of service, up to 5 additional days
  • Hours: 10-hour shifts, averaging 35 hours per week on a 4 on / 4 off rolling basis. Shifts are night-based, starting at 20:30, and include some weekend work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supported accommodation, aiding vulnerable individuals dealing with financial hardship, homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse. A qualification in housing, social work, or community work is desirable, as well as experience in a security or caretaker role.
