Spatially located in Thetford, Norfolk, we offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Supported Housing Officer. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be instrumental in transforming lives by providing essential support to those affected by homelessness.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will require a strong understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness, coupled with the ability to empathize with individuals who are vulnerable and at risk. As a highly organized and proactive individual, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers to establish trust and build rapport, while also promoting a culture of safety and respect within the facility.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, addressing resident needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
