Early Careers

As a Graduate Marketing & Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping your future. Each role comes with real responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to make an impact from day one. Key Responsibilities

  1. Work directly with senior leaders to learn ecommerce trading and marketing strategy.
  2. Build and manage trading and marketing calendars, and execute website updates to ensure KPIs are being achieved.
  3. Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey, optimise sales, measure performance, and define strategy.
  4. Monitor key site metrics, including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning), etc.
  5. Strategically plan and execute new product launches, promotional campaigns, and lead the execution of marketing plans.
  6. Be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting against team KPIs.
  7. Share valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends using our in-house data & technology platform.
  8. Work to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands' websites, as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
  9. Monitor conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary.
  10. Calculate commercials for onsite promotions to ensure GP targets are met.
