  • You'll gain a deep understanding of customer journeys and how to optimise sales, measure performance, and define strategy using analytics tools and our in-house reporting platform.
  • You'll work directly with senior leaders to learn the art of ecommerce trading, building and managing trading calendars, executing website updates, and monitoring key site metrics.
  • You'll develop your problem-solving skills, working collaboratively with the digital marketing team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our websites.
  • You'll have the opportunity to share valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends using our in-house data and technology platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
  • A degree in a commercial-focused field (business, economics, marketing etc.).
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong passion for Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, as well as good organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.

  • £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
