Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive Role

We're seeking an ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025. The successful candidate will be enrolled into two 6-month rotations to give them an opportunity to experience different areas of the Division and enhance their skillset.

Using analytics tools and our in-house reporting platform, our Graduate Ecommerce & Marketing Executives gain an understanding of the customer journey and how to optimise sales, measure performance, and define strategy. As part of your rotation, you'll have the opportunity to join one of the channels such as Social Media, Influencer, SEO, CRM, Paid, Affiliates or Content for six months.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with senior leaders to learn the art of ecommerce trading and marketing strategy.
  • Build and manage trading and marketing calendars and execute website updates to ensure KPI's are being achieved.
  • Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey, to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy.
  • Monitor key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning) etc.
  • Strategically plan and execute new product launches, promotional campaigns and lead the execution of marketing plans.
  • Be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting against team KPI's
  • Share valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends using our in-house data & technology platform.
  • Work to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
  • Monitor conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary.
  • Calculate commercials for onsite promotions to ensure GP targets are met.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
