About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, tracking and developing new business cross- and up-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have previous B2B experience and be highly competitive, with excellent communication skills and initiative. They will also be resilient, a professional team player with high attention to detail, and computer-literate with Microsoft Office.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound communication through telephone, email, and social media with prospective new and existing customers
  • Create brand awareness and build strong customer relationships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
