Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our expanding team at Manu Forti Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B event sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with exhibitors
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data and sales forecasting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B event sales, ideally in trade shows
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer relationship skills and commercial mindset
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
