About the Role

Pure Human Resources Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £32,500 - £42,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 4 days in the Reigate office, 1 day WFH
