Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our dynamic team at MFK Recruitment. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the education sector.
About the Role:
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client satisfaction and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to managing and growing key accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits while delivering high-quality IT services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the education sector.
- Track and report on key account metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business growth objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the education sector.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in account management, business development, or a related role within the education or IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Able to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances and client needs.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
