Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills. They must be able to manage high workloads efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure. As a customer-focused individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, they will thrive in this dynamic role. Additionally, the successful applicant will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Sales Ordering Process, ensuring smooth operation and readiness for billing.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Process and prepare sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and update stock levels, ensuring stock sheets are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely order fulfilment and resolve potential issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and following up on outstanding matters.
- Complete and file all necessary documentation accurately in the correct customer files.
- Handle order and invoice processing, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Balance tasks, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and administrative duties.
- Provide support to the Sales Team and Operations Manager as needed.
