Job Title: Lead Customer Success Manager

At Freshworks, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our top-tier customers achieve their business objectives and realize value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer success and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless 360-degree support to customers.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Provide coaching and education to improve customer adoption and usage of our products.
  • Manage and mitigate customer risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact.
  • Identify and develop customer success stories, case studies, and references.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of customer success or related experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, adoption, and retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global matrixed organization.
  • Business-level proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish).
