Customer Success Manager

At Freshworks, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our top-tier customers achieve their business objectives and realize value from our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer success and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless 360-degree support to customers.
- Identify and communicate customer needs, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Provide coaching and education to improve customer adoption and usage of our products.
- Manage and mitigate customer risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact.
- Identify and develop customer success stories, case studies, and references.
- 10+ years of customer success or related experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth, adoption, and retention.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global matrixed organization.
- Business-level proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish).
