Regional Business Development Director

About Us: Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Director - UPVC Windows & Doors to join our clients' senior team.
Job Description: As a senior member of the sales team, the successful candidate will drive sales growth within the trade sector by developing and implementing regional sales strategies, promoting products and services, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the trade sector and the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Engagement: Nurture relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in trade sales, ideally with experience in the UPVC window and door industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
