Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Solutions Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will be responsible for driving growth through the development of fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. Your primary objective will be to identify and create new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom operators, service providers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent XAD Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
