Job Opportunity
As a key member of our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED, we are seeking a skilled Forms Developer to join our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating high-quality user experiences using Drupal webforms, with a focus on delivering best-in-class digital solutions that meet the Government Digital Service principles and accessibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our Digital Manager to design and develop user-centered approaches to self-service solutions for high-volume service areas.
• Migrate existing online forms to Drupal webforms, enhancing the customer service experience for residents through improved user journeys and engagement.
• Work closely with stakeholders from various directorates and our IT provider to develop self-service and CRM systems, including e-forms, processes, users, and back-office system connectors.
• Advise the organization on digital design standards and guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and accessibility criteria.
• Manage the issue management process through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ticketing systems, and collaborative tools like Trello, Basecamp, Jira, MS Teams, and MS Planner.

Requirements
• Strong expertise in Drupal webforms development and user experience design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, particularly in the public sector.
• Strong understanding of accessibility criteria and industry best practices for digital design.
• Proficiency in using collaborative tools and project management software.
