Category Growth Manager

As a Commercial Lead for Grocery E-Commerce, you will be responsible for managing the Grocery E-Comm budget effectively to achieve ambitious over-trading goals on grocery dotcom.
This is a high-growth, forward-thinking business where you can have a huge amount of fun, lead the way, and develop processes.
About the Role:
- Lead the delivery of category data and leverage these insights to develop impactful recommendations
- Collaborate with the Head of Grocery to strengthen and expand our grocery e-commerce business
- Oversee full P&L responsibility for key customers, driving performance and profitability
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in a Category or Commercial role with 3+ years of experience
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a strong grasp of numbers and category data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Possess a self-starter mentality and be someone who wants to run at full speed
The estimated salary range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
