Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a category strategy that drives sales growth and market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform category strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver category plans and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category strategy and leadership
  • Strong understanding of the UK beverage market and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. Benefits include 28 days holiday, flexible working hours, and a generous pension contribution.
