  2. Recruitment, admissions, and training
  3. Working alongside senior management to ensure high-quality care
  4. Liaising with key stakeholders and the local community

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Manager within a Nursing home
  • GOOD CQC ratings on most recent inspection
  • Lives in the Northumberland area
  • NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management or NMC PIN
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for care
