About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at B&S Group (Laxmico Ltd). The successful candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively promote and sell our comprehensive product portfolio, including prescription and generic pharmaceuticals.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical landscape, including regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

Compensation:
- Estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus structure.
