Vermelo RPO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a busy Talent Acquisition Team. You will be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers, developing creative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  2. Innovate: Develop and execute creative sourcing techniques to attract talent.
  3. Evaluate: Screen, interview, and assess applicants.
  4. Champion: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, guiding applicants through the process with professionalism and care.

You will have proven experience within an internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency environment, ideally within a fast-paced environment. This should be combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for talent acquisition.
