About the Job

We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the full payroll cycle for multiple clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation.
  • Collecting, verifying, and inputting payroll data from various sources.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on payroll-related inquiries.
  • Using payroll software to process payroll, update client information, and manage tax codes and pay rates.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and passionate about providing excellent service.
  • Xero and/or Bright Pay software experience.
