Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 per year, depending on experience levels, plus good company benefits. This amount is based upon the full-time equivalent (37.5 hours per week) and will be pro rata for part-time hours accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation.
  • Collect, verify, and input payroll data from various sources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on payroll-related inquiries.
  • Use payroll software to process payroll, update client information, and manage tax codes and pay rates.
Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong grasp of payroll regulations, be detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service. Additionally, they should possess Xero and/or Bright Pay software experience.
