Pediatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our emergency department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to children and their families.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in busy, fast-paced environments and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to urgent and emergency situations with confidence and professionalism.
Main Duties:
• Assess the nursing needs of patients, taking into account their medical, social, cultural, and family circumstances.
• Respond to emergency situations and support patients through their time in the Emergency Department.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified RGN with current NMC registration.
• Experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment, preferably in an emergency setting.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
£32,000 - £43,041 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
