As a Community Liaison Coordinator at PSR Solutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships between residents, sub-contractors, client representatives, and our team in the Mansfield area.

Key Responsibilities
  • This position requires an experienced professional to implement all Company Policies and Procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain effective relationships with client representatives, including the housing department, reducing duplication and ensuring consistency of information and approach.
  • Assess high-risk/vulnerable residents and work with the Site Manager to tailor works according to the risk level.
  • Conduct thorough property condition surveys and appliance surveys with photographs with the Resident before works start in the home.
  • Foster strong connections with resident representatives and groups, arranging meetings to communicate the programme, gather feedback, and discuss locally significant issues with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer and Community Investment Team.
  • Coordinate appointments for surveys and works, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Send out letters confirming all survey and work dates.
  • Manage complaints in line with our complaints procedure.
  • Develop and distribute high-quality, easy-to-understand communication materials as requested.
  • Participate in Project Management meetings as required.
  • Engage in community initiatives and awareness, such as newsletters and safety competitions, by working alongside the Senior RLO and Community Investment Team.
  • Provide aftercare packs and instruct on new installations.
  • Ensure site Health & Safety rules are observed and report any risks and near misses immediately to the site manager.
  • Collate satisfaction survey responses and work with the Senior RLO to use feedback to improve our service.
