Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at a stunning boutique hotel in Sussex. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to train and develop your skills under the guidance of our talented Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for European cuisine and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, as well as contributing to the development of new menus and culinary concepts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Chef to take their career to the next level and become a key player in our team. If you are a skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and culinary concepts
  • Train and develop junior staff members
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a similar role
  • Passion for European cuisine and a commitment to using only the freshest ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
