Housing Needs Officer Position Overview

Ealing Council is seeking a skilled Housing Needs Officer to join our Resident Services Department. In this role, you will manage the council's housing stock, provide a comprehensive housing service to residents, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of housing management principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and exceeding resident expectations. Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective housing management strategies to meet resident needs.
  • Conduct regular estate inspections and engage with residents to address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Salary Details:** £38,934 - £46,512 per annum (inclusive of London weighting).
