Job Title: Director of Measurement and Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Measurement and Insights. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our measurement and insights function, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our measurement and insights team, ensuring best-in-class output across multiple touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute our end-to-end measurement proposition, including market-leading studies and vendor onboarding.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to enhance our proprietary campaign management platform, Waves.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring our measurement offering remains market-leading.
  • Curate and deliver bespoke insights for marketing and sales collateral, pitches, and post-campaign reports.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in advertising effectiveness, measurement, research, and insights functions within the media space.
  • Proven track record of delivering agencystyle services to clients, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills, including external clients and internal teams.
  • Strong proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
