Director, Measurement and Insights

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director, Measurement and Insights. As a key member of our EMEA Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading our measurement and insights function, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our company.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the influencer marketing industry. As Director, Measurement and Insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing our measurement and insights strategy, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our measurement and insights team, overseeing and maintaining best-in-class output across multiple touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute our measurement and insights strategy, driving business growth and building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute our marketing strategy, including the development of tentpole research reports.
  • Build and manage relationships with key vendors who provide measurement solutions for our clients, ensuring our measurement offering remains market-leading.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke insights, both proactively and reactively, to support our marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in advertising effectiveness, leading a combination of measurement/research/insights functions within the media space.
  • Direct influencer marketing experience is a big plus.
  • Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder relationships, including with external clients and a range of different internal teams.
  • Ability to show evidence of success in growing a customer base from the ground up.
