About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and business partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, as well as providing expert advice on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the achievement of our goals.
  • Business Partnering: Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and business partners, including advice on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including absence management, restructuring, and TUPE.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead on all recruitment campaigns for roles within your portfolio of directorates, including providing specialist advice on the best attraction methods.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Ensure that People policies and procedures are updated regularly and reflect any statutory and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and business partners.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent personal skills, with the ability to deal with staff at all levels; socially adept, networks easily & widely; motivated towards excellence and improvement of personal performance with a can-do attitude; respectful, articulate, and sensitive in style of communication.
