Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team at ISBA Enterprises Limited. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our Finance Team in developing and implementing our procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the school purchase ledger and maintain accurate and timely accounting records.
  • Ensure purchases of goods and services comply with our requirements for effective and appropriate procedures, including oversight of key supplier contracts.
  • Develop strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
  • Utilize accounts payable systems to process and manage invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above (including Maths and English).
  • Experience using accounts payable systems within a finance team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft programmes.
