Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and experienced childminder to provide high-quality care for our 10-month-old child.


The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in childcare, excellent references, and reside near Oxford. We prioritize a safe and nurturing environment for our child, and we expect the same from our chosen caregiver.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide daily care and supervision for our child
  • Establish a routine that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Maintain open communication with us regarding our child's daily activities and needs

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare
  • Excellent references from previous employers or families
  • Residency near Oxford, preferably within OX4 7
  • Ability to establish a trusting relationship with our child

Salary: The salary range for this position is £15-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our chosen caregiver.
