Residential Care Worker

Alert Health 24 Ltd is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker to join their team in Barnstaple. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, providing person-centred care and support in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met.
- A minimum of 6 months paid care experience in the UK, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Proof of right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to undertake any necessary training, provided by Alert Health 24 for free.
- Flexibility to commute to various locations, with a valid driving licence (if required).
- An excellent hourly rate, ranging from £13-£15.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Holiday pay scheme, allowing you to take paid annual leave at your convenience.
- A free DBS check, ensuring you meet the necessary standards for working in healthcare.
