About The Role

Care South Residential invites applications for a dedicated and empathetic Support Assistant - North Devon to join our team at Fremington Manor, our country house care home in North Devon.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, including personal care, companionship, and building relationships.

Salary: £11.75 - £12.00 per hour

Location: Fremington Manor, North Devon (EX31 2NX)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Natural ability to connect with residents and build meaningful relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
